OluSola Leon, MHA, LMHCA

But you can call me Sola.

My counseling style is direct, connected and transparent. My goal is for people to leave sessions feeling a deeper sense of self-love and calm. I provide clear feedback with warmth and grace. The nature of therapy can be heavy, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. In my sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore hard truths, while still making room for laughter, lightness and moments of relief.

As a survivor of religious and mental/emotional abuse, I understand that it can be intimidating at times for Christians to come to counseling. I understand the nature of wanting to improve your mental and emotional health but feeling weary of being led away from your beliefs. My approach integrates sound psychological principles with respect for your spiritual values, creating a safe space where you can explore healing, set boundaries, and strengthen both your faith and your sense of self.

I have a loving husband and wonderful young child. In my spare time I enjoy time with my family, cooking, watching travel vlogs and writing.
