Meet your therapist.
OluSola A. Leon, MHA, LMHCA
Prior to beginning my career in mental health counseling, I was drawn to healthcare and the aging population. From Central Washington University I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, going on to get my Masters in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. I went on to graduate with honors from Walden University, earning my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I completed 700 hours of supervised counseling for children, adults and couples.
Clients of mine have found my counseling style to be direct yet gentle in delivery. I believe that therapy works the best when both parties are honest and transparent. I provide clear feedback with warmth and grace. The nature of therapy can be heavy, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. In my sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore hard truths, while still making room for laughter, lightness and moments of relief.
