OluSola Leon

Reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, especially when you don’t know what to expect. My approach is to make counseling feel straightforward, supportive, and human. Working with me, you will find that the process relaxed and manageable from the very beginning.

My Approach

My style is direct, compassionate, and grounded in real connection. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood rather than judged, supported rather than overwhelmed, and seen as a whole person instead of a diagnosis.

While therapy often involves exploring difficult experiences, it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I aim to create space for honest conversation, thoughtful reflection, growth, and moments of relief (and laughter) along the way.

Areas I Support

I work with adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Whether you are new to therapy or returning with specific goals in mind, we will work together to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Who I Work With

I provide care for individuals from all backgrounds and belief systems. My work is client-centered and collaborative, with a focus on your values, experiences, and goals. You set the pace, and we shape the work together.

A Little About Me

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my husband and son. I love cooking, watching travel vlogs, and finding small moments of joy in everyday life. These experiences help keep me grounded and connected to what matters most.

But you can call me Sola.
