For Referring Professionals

Do I accept referrals from other providers?

Yes! I welcome referrals from therapists, physicians, nurse practitioners, clergy, coaches, and other professionals seeking a thoughtful, collaborative therapist for their clients.

I am always looking to expand my professional network with like-minded professionals committed to providing quality care

Clients I’m a good fit for:

I typically work best with adults who:

  • Experience anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Struggle with attachment wounds, relationship patterns, or relational trauma

  • Are processing religious trauma, spiritual abuse, or faith-related conflict

  • Identify as highly sensitive, introspective, or emotionally attuned

  • Are seeking deeper insight alongside practical tools for change

Clients I am not a good fit for:

To ensure appropriate referrals, please note that I do not currently provide:

  • Crisis or emergency services

  • Acute Psychosis

  • Court-mandated treatment

  • Primary substance use treatment

  • Ongoing care for clients requiring a higher level of care

If you are unsure about fit, I am happy to consult briefly before a referral is made.

How to Refer a Client:

Referring a client to my care is simple and secure:

  1. Client contacts me directly via email, phone or text
    OR

  2. Providers may contact me (with appropriate consent) via email or phone to coordinate a referral

Once contacted, I will:

  • Respond within 1–2 business days

  • Determine fit and availability

  • Guide the client through next steps

I value collaborative care. With a signed Release of Information, I am happy to:

  • Confirm intake and ongoing treatment status

  • Coordinate care as clinically appropriate

  • Communicate thoughtfully while maintaining client confidentiality
