Religious Abuse
Religious abuse can take many different forms and have profound impacts on the victims: obsessive compulsive behaviors, codependency, depression, anxiety and even religious psychosis. If you have been a victim of religious abuse, I want you to know that you are not alone and you have a safe space with me. Healing from religious abuse includes trauma reprocessing, unpacking false/distorted doctrine, boundary work and more.

Whether you are an adult child of emotionally immature parents, have experienced complicated mother-daughter relationships or are experiencing anxious or avoidant attachments in your romantic relationships, counseling can be a great place to process.
