The space between therapist and client is sacred and worth protecting. In therapy with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming place where you can show up just as you are. I bring my own humanity into the work. I will meet you with openness, curiosity, and care—while honoring the many cultural backgrounds and life experiences that shape who we are.

  • Boundary Work

    When we have trouble creating, maintaining, and enforcing boundaries, we get stuck in cyclical people pleasing, high anxiety and burn out. Healthy boundaries can be confusing and hard to navigate as we are often not taught how to do so. I use specific interventions to uncover the root causes of people pleasing while also developing a way forward into greater self-advocacy and compassion.

  • Relationships Issues

    Whether you are an adult child of emotionally immature parents, have experienced maternal wounds or are experiencing anxious or avoidant attachments in your romantic relationships, counseling can be a great place to process. From a trauma focused lens I use emotion-focused interventions to promote healing and clarity.

  • Anxiety

    Anxiety is an experience that can be crippling and overwhelming to both the body and mind. With acceptance and commitment therapy, it is possible to live a value-filled life and put an end to your anxiety having the final say.

  • Trauma
